Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of services by Indusmic Private Limited ("Company") to its clients ("Client") in relation to resume services, internship services in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), and interview preparation services. By engaging with the Company's services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Resume Services:

  • The Company offers professional resume analysis services to enhance the Client's resume.

  • The Client acknowledges that the Company will require information such as educational background, work experience, skills, achievements, and other relevant details to review the resume.

1.2 Internships in AI and ML:

  • The Company does not assist the Client in securing job opportunities in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

  • The Client acknowledges that the Company neither offers nor guarantees placement services.

1.3 Interview Preparation Services:

  • The Company provides interview feedback and preparation services to help the Client succeed in job interviews.

  • The Client acknowledges that the effectiveness of interview preparation services depends on individual effort and engagement. The Company vehemently asserts that it bears no liability for any scenario in which a client fails to secure a successful outcome in a job interview.

2. Client Obligations

2.1 Information Accuracy:

  • The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to the Company for the provision of services.

  • Any inaccurate or misleading information provided by the Client may affect the quality of services provided.

2.2 Cooperation:

  • The Client agrees to cooperate with the Company throughout the service engagement process.

  • Cooperation may include responding to inquiries, providing feedback, and actively participating in the service delivery process.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Pricing:

  • The Client agrees to pay the fees specified by the Company for the selected services.

  • Pricing details will be communicated to the Client prior to the commencement of services.

3.2 Payment Terms:

  • Payment for services is due upon agreement between the Company and the Client.

  • The Company reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received in full.

3.3 Refunds:

  • Refunds will not be provided, as the Company operates on a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for services are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the services provided. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review the terms and conditions and ask any questions before engaging in services with the Company.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership:

  • All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by the Company, including but not limited to resumes, interview preparation materials, and internship, remain the property of the Company.

  • The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal or professional purposes.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Confidential Information:

  • The Company and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the provision of services.

  • Confidential information includes but is not limited to personal data, proprietary information, and trade secrets.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Exclusion of Liability:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of services.

  • The Client agrees that the Company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination:

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party.

  • Termination of the Agreement does not relieve the Client of any outstanding payment obligations.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law:

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lucknow, India.

8.2 Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, India.

9. Amendments

9.1 Amendments:

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Amendments will be communicated to the Client in writing, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

By engaging with the Company's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
